    Exactly. Good RAM can OC and still keep tight timings. That is also why you see that higher speed RAM has higher timings usually, because those timings are rated at the higher speed. PC-4000 memory that is 3-3-3-8 can often easily do timngs like 2-2-2-5 at PC-3200 speeds.

    Because Athlon 64s use 200MHz x2 = 400MHz FSB, which (x8) equates to PC-3200 memory (Something like 3.2Gb per second transfer rate). Same way a 333 MHZ FSB means that you should use PC-2700 memory (remember, x8). You can go higher than PC-3200, but it clocks down to the MoBo speed.
