Ya its definitely fine as is, I dont think vddio is one that affects temps, its more of a degredation thing. FWIW I can run 1.18 vddio at 6000mhz, 1.2 - 1.3 would be considered slightly high even for that frequency, but 1.4 is also technically safe.
