I have been looking and it the lazers seem to create a nicer overall effect. the CCFL's seem to just bleach everything and not looked that great.

i got 2 120mm AC ryan black aluminum (cnt spell) dust filters. took the fan mounts off. unscrewed the fans. put the fan filters infront. re-sitted the fan and screwed back in. only problem was the screw must have been 1mm off reaching the screw fixing so had to go get a few longer screws by all...

Ok well went with the paper idea. Went well, simply marked it out with the plastic as template then used a stanley to cut out.Then just got a black perm marker to turn the white edges from the cutting black. Ended up looking nice and thanks for responses...
yeah its the alluminium silver one. only shop i could find it at was silver and last one in stock so got lucky to get it i supose. the paper behind then screwed to be in between sounds best tbh/ just tryed cutting some paper with a stanley and didnt seem sharp enough to cut circles. any other...
