1000Mb/s is only local speed, oversea speed is a slower (which i don't have the number)
i am using their 100Mb/s service, oversea speed is 20Mb/s.
and the plans does not have a monthly cap.

that page just says the writer usually walks on the surface when he goes to Shenzhen (from Hong Kong). once he was in hurry and took the subway, and noticed the keyboard keys. but the pic he took was in the terminal, where there are always trains waiting, so he thinks it's a waste.

we got 1000mbps home connection here in Hong Kong for a year now... (altho i don't know anyone who's used it)
i've been using 100mbps connection for 3 years, i rather get killed than change back to adsl. btw, i will help you to hate your isp...
