Curious about the text issue: you all are using a dual-link DVI cable, correct? I know blurriness was always an issue with a CRT driven to high resolutions with high refresh rates. Sort of like trying to run a standard 60hz WUXGA panel with a VGA cable--it looks terrible.

Try resetting the VGA cable (and/or the DVI adapter). Then make sure the video card's snugly slotted, and screwed in tight. Don't forget the cable's connection to the monitor itself, and perhaps try a new VGA cable. Good luck. /edit: I'm too smart, AND too lazy. :D Too lazy to read the...

Well, I took the time to play with resolutions and refreshes, and here's what I topped out at for a few common 16:10 ratios, and 1080p: 2304x1440: 85 Hz 1920x1200: 95 Hz 1920x1080: 106 Hz 1600x1000: 100 Hz 1280x800: 125 Hz* 960x600: 125 Hz* *I didn't test higher than 125Hz, since USB mice...

I just got one of these bad boys today. Question: If I want to use multiple resolutions, how do I "save" each resolution's horizontal/vertical stretch in the monitor, so that the screen stretches all the way to the edges when I change resolutions? My old hitachi tube had a "Store" button...
