    OCZ Ram

    You are probably running a 32-bit (86x) system and most likely vista. 32-bit Vista OS only recognizes 3Gigs of ram give or take a few. In order to utilize the full 4 Gig of ram, you'll need to upgrade to 64-bit. Hope this helped.
