After much debating and reading for the better part of today I've come up with a tentative plan. I am planning to run a 240mm and a 140mm radiator to cool both the i7 and the 7970.
My planned order for the loop is this:
240mm > 7970 > 140mm > 2700k > Northbridge > Res > Pump

So I just ordered a new ITX build and it is coming with this ITX board here.
I am going to initially be watercooling the i7 2700k with a block I already have and when some full coverage copper 7970 blocks come out I will be watercooling that as well.

I appreciate the responses, I did read about the OCZ and Sandforce issues but I was under the impression that with the newest firmware these had been resolved?
The reliability of the Samsung drive does make me feel a bit better about keeping it but I really want to get the best performing...
Just ordered a new SFF build and am having second thoughts about my choice of SSD.
I went with the 128GB Samsung 830 drive but am now looking more towards the 120GB OCZ Vertex max IOPS drive.
I also looked at some of the 240/256GB offerings and the best deal seemed to be the standard...
