    Can't change the IRQ. However, it doesn't indicate a conflict even though there are other devices which use the same IRQ. Those I temporarily uninstalled, to no avail. To be clear, the diagnostic indicates some kind of issue with IRQ, but in device manager no such conflict is indicated.
