Sapphire has a 2 year warranty. But from reading thier forums, it's a long process as it has to be shipped to hong kong. And alot of times there is a charge. I just bought a Sapphire x1800xt 256mb myself, I hope that if it does go out, it's within the first year so I can deal with newegg...
