I've been thinking the same thing, it states that it will use an external power brick, but doesn't indicate whether one is included or not. So if not included, one needs to spend a bit extra on a pico psu + brick which will be an additional cost.

That's an interesting idea, but there could be potential cross airflow issues with the GeminII fan blowing downwards, and with the intake fan so close to it, there may be no air reaching the back of the case.

As far as I can tell, it's just a clone of the Apex MI-008. I guess it is ok if you want to use your existing 5.25" optical drive in a mini ITX build.
