Yeah, I can return and replace the GPU if need be. I just want to make sure it's not any other component, since everything in this PC is brand new. Is there any way this could be a PSU or motherboard problem, or is it a pretty safe bet it's a GPU issue?
tldr:
New build. Everything looks fine with motherboard HDMI integrated graphics, but graphics card HDMI makes everything green and distorted. Not a monitor or cable problem.
