well, i ran memtest for 2 passes. and no errors. made sure everything is up to date (which it is). gonna try and burn that dvd for the 4th time now. if it fucks up again i might just do a complete reformat and reinstall.

over the past day i've been having problems with my computer doing a complete lock up. it first happened when I tried to burn a dvd. it just locked up at 2-3% of the way. then I checked both my discs, and my ide driver settings... everything was normal. so i decided to just let it chill...
