I dunno the version number of the firmware:( I called them 2 weeks ago and said when i play playstation 3 with 1080p 1:1 mode I can see four black bar on the screen instead of 2, then today they call me that have a firmware fix for this issue....

yes, they will come to my home lol. I forgot to mention I live in Hong Kong thats why they have on-site service.

BenQ technician just call me that they have an upgrade firmware (HDMI 1:1 mode fix) for this monitor and will on-site to upgrade within 2 weeks :)

do you mean the screen suddently no signal and back to normal within 1 sec? if so then yes. So far i tired once only tho... BTW i am using 8800gtx and newest driver from nvidia...

according to all reviews and all u guys comment :D, i finally ordered fp241wz but need to wait 3 weeks to delivery though.......

yes, i confirmed with sales they said only A04 avaliable in HK , I also checked with couple users in forum who recently bought this model they're recevied A04 as well..

thanks for advice:) I checked their sales both monitors currently shipping are already fixed 1:1 aspect problem, so the problem are HDMI / AMZ worth extra $80 or not.

Which one is better overall? In HK they are almost same price (Dell $692 and BenQ $769), I know Benq has HDMI port but is that only avantage over dell? Thanks for advice
