    What is the single fastest card I can buy right now?

    I couldn't confidently say that the GTX beats out the GTS, it is VERY close. The fastest card out now is STILL the Ultra. The ULTRA or GTX is definetly NOT the best buy now on the other hand. A GTS (G92) can be had for about $275. You could get 2 of them and run them in SLI for the price...
