Yea, I tried to have them just send the base for the first one, but the language barrier was frustrating both of us and they said I was going to get a new monitor anyways. Now this base is perfect, but the panel is junk. I'm gonna give the 3rd one a chance, and then I may just stick with it...

They're sending me another one. Hopefully the 3rd one is a good one. I got frustrated with the call centers, so I emailed them, and it seems to be easier that way.
