I took a look at the se-200, nice but very hard to come by in canada, not saying i would not try to get them though if opportunity arrived though...anything else i should look at?

now how come everyone here is posting about the Prelude and X-FI? when the revolution is under $100....

I am looking for a good sound card for music and movies. For movies - i do not need anything better than 5.1 For music - no real expectation, probably as crisp as possible. I have have been searching for a while and have continually came back to M-Audio products, they are excellent cards...

this question which I thought could be debated, has now become a great solution to people with a budget! thank you to all! On to a better question - what makes a receiver good?

Which is more important? better speakers or better receiver? or are they mutually neccessary?

Which one set should I get? Logitech X-540 540 LOGITECH Z-4 2.1 SPEAKERS - 40W both are from http://www.factorydirect.ca and I know they are refurbished, but i have baught from them previously and nothing is deffective to my experience (My Zune for one) Im assuming it depends on...
