My Lightning boosts to 1227 on standard bios by default, but I assume that is like any other GTX680, as they all differ from card to card.

xoleras is right, LN2 bios has a default base + boost clock of 1202Mhz, standard bios is usually around 1229, give or take depending on your silicon.
