Building your own is not only cheaper but offers more flexibility (you are not restrained to their setup choices). It also is a good learning experience. I recommend building your own.

Thanks for all the feedback, while I was looking on my own the 7850 came up as one of the best cards in my price range. And as for the budget for my entire build it would be Mid-High $500's. As for my build plans so far it looks something along the lines of this:
