It is mail-in rebate, the hard drive is $100 of MIR, the gaming router is $140, and the program mover is $50. Shipping and handling is around $15. I was going to get the hard drive, but didn't want to go through the trouble of getting $100 of rebates.
I wonder if dell is doing this intentionally to lock in sales. Since they knew that they wouldn't have the cards for awhile, they intentionally took a bunch of order at a low price so customers get locked in and wait for them. If they didn't make this offer, customers would very likely purchase...
