    Oh I know all of that, but the guy has a 6990 in crossfire with a 6970. I can't imagine he'd be struggling terribly hard to get above 60 FPS in most modern games, even in eyefinity. :)

    Depending on your setup (and your total willingness to blo cash) you could always get a 3 monitor Eyefinity setup with 120hz TN panels for gaming, and next to them put a U2711. It takes up a hell of a lot of room, but hey, if you have it then it'd be the best of both worlds, a huge resolution...
