I defrag'd and ran chkdsk and let's just say, there was a lot of fragmented files and chkdsk had to fix A LOT of stuff including a folder in My Music and everything seems to be fine now.
Thanks for all the help guys,

I tried deleting the folder and I get this error: Error
When I try that, Winamp opens and tries to add music files but can't find any.

The programs running in the system tray are: iTunes, Norton AntiVirus, Norton Internet Security, AIM and a program that monitors black listed websites.
I tried dir /a:d and then dir /a:h with no success.

The .txt file becomes hidden aswell.
I did a search on the entire computer for all files.
I then tried searching just for music files.
I even tried searching for an exact name of a file I know is in the folder (no sub folders) with no luck either.
I'm stumped.
I checked the folder permissions and they are all okay and nothing is denied.
Folder options are set to show hidden files.
Searched for *.mp3 and only found sound files from other programs. Nothing in that folder.
Any other advice as to what to do about this little problem?
Thanks,
Drew
