    BFG 6800GT dual fan

    i just bought the new ver of BFG 6800GT, the dual fan speed is kind like slow but when u reboot your pc it become very fast but once u get into the window, the speed will reduce to slow. do anyone have any idea how to keep the dual fan run fast like before getting to the window?
