Yeah, but the installation is "clean". My friend run the same one, the only difference is his CPU, and he's at 60 FPS when it's raining, 70 FPS otherwise. He hasn't OCed anything.

Now I'm on 30 FPS even if it isn't raining. Is it possible that I have like a malware, bot mining shit that is sucking the power of my GPU ? On Idle, it's at 0%

I OC'ed to 3.7GHz. In game, it's better with Ultra shadows. But as soon as it's raining, i'm down to 25-30FPS ... my GPU is at 99% and even without AA i'm at 30 FPS ... Any ideas ?
