Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
That is so funny that you write that. I had the EXACT same problem with my last board, the Abit IP-35 Pro. This was with the Corsair HX-620. Now the Rampage likes the HX-620 so far. It just shows that the motherboard manufacturers should start posting lists of known compatible power supplys...
It JUST barely makes it with my Corsair HX620 PS. I bought an extender from www.performance-pcs.com anyway just to take the strain off and make it easier to put on / take off.
I haven't tired changing that fan yet. I'm waiting for one more fan to show up (should be here Monday) I've heard it can be a REAL PITA. Everybody recommends using a magnetic tipped Phillips, it's supposed to help a lot.
It looks just like a Kama bay, but the holes go all the way to the edges, and I think it just looks a little nicer. It looks more in the TJ09's league.
The TJ10 is awesome as well. I went with the 09 because I plan on putting in an intake fan in the drive bay area (modding the Lian-li one that goes with the PC-343) It will help out with the cooling, and add a little "flare" to the front panel. ;-)
Yes, it is nice. It's definitely BIG, but I guess that's a good thing since there's room to grow into it.
This is off-topic, but I figured I'd share this since it might happen to somebody else. I had the weirdest thing happen when I moved everything into this case. NONE of my DVI outputs...
Just 2 black ones, which I thought were a touch loud. I switched out the rear fan for a coolermaster blue LED fan that works great, and I'll change the GPU fan when the new fans I ordered show up. I ordered 2 SilenX's for the top and an A.C.Ryan Blackfire4 to use for GPU, since it seems to...
OK, the case showed up today. I did a basic install, but I'm still waiting on the fans and some other toys to show up. Once I get everything in I'll try to tidy up a bit. One cool thing that I was able to do is I got the hard drives flipped around, so the cables are coming in from the back...
Considering it's features and looks, it's tough to beat. If I had to lug it around all the time I would keep it, but since I don't, and I'm CONSTANTLY messing with my machine, the TJ09 is going to make me much happier. God I miss having a motherboard tray, I can't wait! It seems that once...
Hi everybody,
I just wanted to thank everyone for their input to this thread, it helped me decide to make the plunge. My TJ09 should be here tomorrow. I figured I'd post some "before" shots to have something to compare to when I'm finished. My old case is a CM Mystique, which is nice but...
