    HL1 and 7800GT

    I had the same problem, its the x2 processor. Set the affinity in task manager to core 0 for the hl.exe process, and that should solve the problem. Let me know if it works for ya. :)

    Vsync... am i the only one?

    For some reason in regular cs1.6, when vsync is turned off, i start my own lan game and everything loads fine, but the game seems to be in super fast motion. I can run to the other end of the map in 2 seconds and a full clips empties in a second. But when i turn vsync on its fine. Cant seem to...

    A64 OC Database & Overclock Guide

    247 X 11 @ 2700 Ghz 1.5 V Temps at 49C prime stable for 30 min so far, will continue with prime95. Will post a screen shot if it stays stable for more than 5 hours.

    One more question that i have. When i overclock the cpu do i have to change the PCI-E clock? In the bios PCI-E clock is selectable from 100-145MHz. When i was having the problems stated above. I changed it to 110 and it seems to working better now. Any Suggestions would be greatly appreciated...

    Well i figured out the problem. Since im new to the PCI-E cards, i did not know to set the PCI Clock Synchronization Mode to 33.33 Mhz.
