I was looking for the same thing and just purchased a Pivos XIOS DS the other day, it is fantastic for XBMC. I had no issues playing back 1080p content with hardware acceleration enabled. The Aios by Pivos also looks nice too.
Yep works great, they recommend you flash to dd-wrt and then flash to tomato. I did not have any issues during the flashing process, just look up tomatousb.

I saw it was posted earlier in the thread that hooking up the h100 to a fan controller instead of directly to the psu fixed the pump noise. I have been running my h100 through a fan controller for a couple weeks now and the pump is dead silent now.
