    Did you look at the old amp components? I'm still using a very old original set but I get a lot static pop when I turn on a light switch.

    It looks like an enterprise part. I still need to master Linux mdadm. I have read reports of this booting as a RAID 0 card in OSX.

    Thanks, it is not seeing one of the NVME sticks consistently. I will try to to it with few other drives attached and use sudo.

    Something is wrong with admin permissions, I can't be root for some reason. There is a nice KDE GUI. Reinstalling Kubuntu now.

    Thank you for the information breathless. I am trying to make this a raid zero volume in Linux, but I have been unable to set up the array thus far in Ubuntu 16.10. I am trying to use mdadm per Gigatexal. Have you tried Linux?
