Thanks. It seems more a sidegrade than an upgrade. I think I will wait for next year line up...

Sony KD-43XE8096 is it a good choice?

Right now I have the top model of the 4K 40" Panasonics of 2016. But I want to upgrade to a 43" Tv. It will be used as computer monitor and for watching TV. I cant find any review or accurate info to know if its a good choice. I dont know if its a good panel, if its HDR 10. I know almost...

    Acer B326HK - 4k 32" monitor sub 1k euro

Im pretty happy with mine. First one, keeper. Not like the 8 Dell U3014 replacements I had. I paid 1100€ and I dont regret. Requires SLI to play smooth, but meh, Im using SLI since 2008. Maybe in 2020 one card will be able to max all games at 4K lol.

Look in the monitor's menu to see if DP 1.2 is enabled.

    Acer B326HK - 4k 32" monitor sub 1k euro

I can play smooth with my 780 6GB sli. They are oced to 1250 atm and only need to lower shadow quality from ultra to high and use no antialias to have 60 fps in most games. Lord of the rings i.e. looks incredible.

What are your settings in monitor and nvidia control panel to get the sharpest image in games? The config that offers less or none Aliasing? Im using 125% windows scaling in 8.1

    Acer B326HK - 4k 32" monitor sub 1k euro

That confirms what I was saying. Your unit overclocks to 67 without frameskipping? What is the maximum Oc you can reach? I havent tryed yet.

    Acer B326HK - 4k 32" monitor sub 1k euro

Yeah, no disturbing overshoot compared to the U3014. Mine doesnt have any image retention. Im not using the DP cable included with the monitor, im using the one from Amazon. No dead pixels (lucky? Or good QC?) And watching 4:3 or 21:9 movies is not annoying (not noticeable glow or bleed)

    Acer B326HK - 4k 32" monitor sub 1k euro

This Acer has no overdrive. At least nothing compared to the Dell U3014 I had previously. Also, it has not noticeable IPS Glow. Almost as few as the VA panels, but without the Vertical Banding issues. At 699 $ its a steal.

    BenQ BL3201PT 4K monitor

I was waiting for this monitor. But I couldnt wait and finally, one week ago, have the Acer IPS 4K UHD. And Im really happy with it. Had in the past year: Dell U3014, Samsung TN 28" UHD, Benq 32" 1440 and finally the Acer. And is the best one of them all.
