    Just an update. I bought a single U2414H and plug it via HDMI to my acer s46cb laptop. No issues up till now. I wonder if anyone is able to get MST working via displayport 1.2? a pity my laptop does not have a displayport if not I would have pull that stunt off. I intend to run 3 monitors off...

    I certainly hope that the defect is related to a bad batch of monitors and hopeful the new batch which most probably is what you have received is problem free.

    Does anyone has any solution on the random on and off problem yet? Was considering a 5 x 1 portrait but now this...... Gonna be awkward if one of the monitor suddenly die on me when my friend is around.
