For me an ATX PSU would be an overkill for such a small case. What can you put in there that would require so much power to justify ATX PSU? I am thinking SFX could be an overkill. Probably a passive HD-Plex would be enough. Especially with low power Polaris/Pascal GPUs. As for the Jonsbo cases...
Somehow I forgot about the vertical dimension of the case. Yeah, it would be around 8 litres. Tried to find a similar design in Lian-Li line-up, but they are all a bit different. And most of the smallest cases have PSU over CPU like in your design.
Yeah, I was thinking about such a layout as well. But then, maybe it would be better to sacrifice ca. 1.2 l of volume and move the PSU to the right side? You get a lot more flexibility and better cooling. The front fan could be removed (clean front panel) and replaced by e. g. SSDs, the PSU...
Ah, yes, I forgot about those not-really-mATX motherboards... ;) Anyway, I found this old post from Evangelion, who had two 120mm fans under blower style gpu and he removed the rear one, leaving only the front one (the one blowing into gpu's cooler), so I assume this was beneficial to...
How do you plan on adding the additional PCIe card? If you use a standard mITX motherboard, then you have only one PCIEe slot. If you use a riser with splitter then it will use that single slot, so you won't be able to put the GPU in the top two PCI slots. Unless you want to connect this second...
Have you got any photos with the bottom rad removed? I would love to see how long the Nano is with respect to the bottom - how much space would be there to mount e.g. a 3,5 HDD behind the Nano.
Do you have some other pictures of you setup? A build log or something? To see how it looks with two rads? Also, I noticed the front is stripped of the USB ports? Anyway, one of the more interesting builds in the M1. I was contemplating going the DC-DC psu route, but I would have to use two...
If they have some more, I would be very grateful if I could purchase one ;) I am also contemplating a build with two Radeon Nanos in NCase M1. A custom bridge to join two waterblocks next to each other would come in handy... My NCase is already sitting in the box for over a year ;) And I am...
Hey, jb1 - I saw your post on ASRock forum about the bifurcation on Z170 Gaming-ITX. Did you manage to get a direct answer from them? As I see that the thread wasn't answered...
Yeah, I wanted the same answer... Just read about Broadwell-E coming in the 1st quarter of 2016 and was wondering if investing in ASRock X99E-ITX board wouldn't be a better idea anyway. And the X99 board definitely supports bifurcation.
Guys, maybe that can help you:

I have searched for such solution myself. My Ncase M1 is still waiting for the release of Fury Nano and Fury X2. Let's see what would be a better solution. Be warned though...
