Same issue here, but only with the crysis64.exe executable. Try crysis.exe in either the 64 or 32 folders. I settled for running the game from the DVD Autoplay menu.
That's ideally what I'd like to do, but how reliable is this method with, say, Norton Ghost? Has it been verified to work with Vista or is the OS a non-issue to begin with?
Edit: Another option I'm considering is installing the Raptor 150gb and using half of it in a mirrored RAID setup with my...
I snagged an OEM copy of Vista x64 with my brand spankin' new hardware, but I'm keeping my existing Raptor 74gb hard drive. I plan on picking up a Raptor 150gb + 500gb storage drive later on (Raptor 74gb will get swapped into another box), so will I be able to reinstall OEM Vista x64 on my...

The Nintendo Wii bundle includes the following items:

Wii Memory SD 1GB
Additional Wii Remote Controller
6 Games:
Legend of Zelda: Twilight...
City of Heroes/City of Villains, Galactic Civilizations II, Civilization IV, Rise of Nations, and others. I'm not into the whole loot thing or the fantasy theme in a MMORPG to begin with, though.
I'm considering picking this puppy up myself since I don't really care about "razor sharp text" so much in-game performance and I can deal with the weight. I'm looking forward to further reporting on the topic creator's experiences with it gaming and watching DVD's. Good stuff.
Good grief, and to think I went to the trouble of researching, buying, and installing a new fan for my A8N-SLI chipset all by myself. I don't really regret it as the fan is working perfectly now, but I should've called 'em up..
I've had mine up and stable for months now without a single issue. Mind you, I don't overclock until the system starts to chug so take that for what it's worth. Thus far I haven't needed to OC and it's been the kitten's mittens, but I guess some people will never be satisfied..
Considering G4's takeover of TechTV (formerly ZDTV; RIP), I can't say I'd miss it. They pretty much either scrapped or mamed my favorite programs to the point of irrelevancy.
Good grief, you'd think someone is holding consumers at gunpoint forcing them to buy SLI. I'm not currently running an SLI rig, but my setup is SLI capable. That was one of the major selling points for me in so far as I was looking to build a brand new system to replace my NForce2 setup and I...
Definitely bump up the resolution and other effects, if you haven't already. I went from a 6600GT to a 6800GT and I could tell a huge difference in performance under higher resolutions with FSAA and AF cranked up.
