    Well I'm not sure if it was the hard reboot or if it was the dust-removal (compressed air FTW) but the card is now running at 45C Idle and 76 with two EVE Online clients, so something fixed it... still thinking about an aftermarket cooler though, anyone have any thoughts on the Arctic Cooling...

    Yeah, the fan has been checked, its fine. The thing that bothers me is never before have I gotten a temperature warning and usually it idles around 50-55C! Now suddenly its not even within 10 degrees of that and its going up over 100C on load.
