    Yes, looks just like that. The card I just bought is http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0036ORMYO/ref=oss_product exactly. It came with two metal brackets like that, but I have no idea what they're for.

    The new card is about 5", old one 4". Horizontally. The height of the card is the same as the 9500GT, less than an inch. I don't know what PCB is. Sorry =/
