Dude, your music.txt file is encoded in UTF-16LE. Use UTF-8. Alternatively, you can convert your file after you've read it in with mb_convert_encoding.

The best you can do is disable the CSS. Unfortunately, [H] doesn't employ a print media version of their CSS, nor do they have one defined for handhelds. Instead, they use a media="all" attribute to link to their CSS files.
