    Thanks for your answer! I have a GIGABYTE GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3, maybe there is also a new BIOS version. The 501Mhz are also set during the game. After rebooting and restarting the game, it works. Really strange.

    hey, i also got a problem with my 7950 OC. sometimes (when starting BF3) the gpu clock just switches from 300 to 501 and not from 300 to 900 Mhz. Did the BIOS update solve the problem?
