    My First Build is turning into a NIGHTMARE.

    This happened to me as well but your problem might be a little different. All i had to do was reattach my heatsink on my cpu and it worked. It turned out that I didn't attach the heatsink properly so the cpu was overheating and shutting down. Hope everything turns out alright for you. :(

    The great thing about the game is that it's balanced for the most part. Everything has a counter and there are so many strats that are out there that this game is truly complex.

    New Flight Simulator X Rig

    With stock cooling you should be able hit 3 ghz easily. With an aftermarket cooling solution you can go way farther. Your rig looks fine but I would cut your gfx down to perhaps a 8800 gts as casull said.

    Actually, the new nForce 680 chipset is supposed to be a great overclocker. Your build looks fine but I'd go for a 8800 gts or 8800 gtx instead of sli because apparently the 8 series is much faster then anything else out there. Just my $.02.

    Upgrade time again. Option to trade up? pls look

    A quick newegg search shows that the E6600 cpu + MSI mobo + 2 gig Mushkin RAM is a little over $600 in USD. I personally think its a pretty fair deal but you could probably sell your parts for more then $157 USD (600 - 443) and just buy brand new parts for a better deal.
