    They'd be crazy to price the 1060 at $300, I expect similar performance to the RX480 while drawing less power. Tough to tell without any real idea of specs so far.     Is GTX 1070 overkill for 1080p? Should I go RX 480/GTX 1060?

    If I we're you I'd pick up a 1070, @ 1080/60hz you should get at least 2 years out of the card with max settings with the advantage of using DSR when you're getting crazy fps in certain games. I really don't see much evidence that DX12 will have a huge impact on gaming in 2017, unless M$ does...

    Non Founder GTX-10XX street date???

    Waiting on my pre-order on an FTW, hopefully they pre-orders from B&H get fulfilled quickly. Might have to cancel and just pick up the Gaming X or G1.
