    Yes. I have plugged USB 3.0 devices into USB 2.0 ports and they've worked, and I've plugged USB 2.0 devices into USB 3.0 ports and they've worked. You should be able to plug whatever into whatever and have it work fine. If you're transferring data, speeds are a different issue, but I'm sure...
