    i was told some of these cards draw off the 5v rail,and that most in the industry say the 12v rail if you notice the 5v does carry more amps but that the cpu and mobo all drives and anything you connect with a 4 pin molex connector like a harddrive pulls off the 12v rail. am i wrong?

    monarch computers, but in their defence their customer support has been great.no questions asked, just rma it! i went and borrowed a bfg 5500 oc,d card just to see how it goes so far after one day ok ,it aint no 6800gt but it aint bad.
