    Were the 'before' mem temps with the fan blowing on the backplate? I'd expect those rear memory modules to be hot regardless of the cooler.

    I've been holding onto this fantastically performing i7 920 for a while. I've got it OC'd to 3.8 with hardly a budge on the voltage, so I'm sure I can hit 4.0 or more (on air). I've got it paired with a 280x, Corsair 1KW HXi, and 6GB Corsair Dominator. I'm able to run most everything at 120FPS...
