    Farm cruel dried lake with a level 50 toon. I get an average of 10 coins per clear which takes about 3 minutes, skipping voll of course. I suicide to keep from leveling.     Yeah, buying ex's is where I get mine but I hate being forced to interact with other people just because I can't farm what I want. I've been farming silver coins and trading them for ex's since it's the most reliable drop I've found. I just wish they'd add a little trick for all the currencies...
