Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.

I'm getting artifacts too using a Diamond R9 290X (reference). I get them on my Windows taskbar, mainly when I'm browsing in Chrome while tabbed out of a game.
I also experience the known issue of stuttering using Mantle in BF4, no surprise here I bet.
I have a custom fan profile...
I dub it my media server machine / mobile rig. It's a Lian Li PC-354b.
Good eye, yeah that blue switch is a cheap Trendnet KVM switch, I just use the USB switch off of it, not even the VGA.. lol.
You are right on dual displays, each rig has it's GPU plugged into both monitors. Anyone using...
There is a phillips screw in between the clamp locking mechanism on the stock HD 595 headset stand w/ clamp.
Here is a photo of the stock HD 595 headset stand w/ the clamp.
Just imagine a phillips screw in the wall and that clamp locking into the screw. I think I may have partially damaged...
I would suggest trying a pixel massage. I've never personally had luck when trying this but I've only tried it twice on two different displays.
You should look into JScreenFix and also UDPixel. Google both of those.
/edit
I should note, if a pixel is dead, no massage or software will help...
I'd say if you're playing a modern game like Bad Company 2 that utilizes more than 2 cores then the simple answer is yes, your current CPU is bottlenecking your GPU.
Not all games will have their physics, sound, networking, etc. in different threads - Games coded like this won't show an...
It may be a rumor, I read it in this article at Anandtech
Sandy Bridge Buyers Guide
I was hoping that Bulldozer would be out by now. The first PC I put together was an AMD socket A machine, I had a great time with it. I'm afraid I will give in and buy one of the new AMD CPU's.
I just bought a Q6600 G0 on the [H] trade forum last week for a friend.
He upgraded from a C2D E6420 to hopefully see a difference in Bad Company 2...
Now BC2 plays perfect for him, no more stuttering. It's interesting, he has a GTX 260 and he had less performance in BC2 with the GTX 260...
I wish I had an exact measurement. You shouldn't have any issues getting a long GPU in this case, as long as it's not a card like an MSI Lightning series card. You can fit a 5970 in this case, which I believe is about the same length as a GTX 590.
Take a look at the case from this shot...
I chose the EVO over the Pro/CSM version because it has (1) PCI and (1) PCI-Express x4 slot (not including the 2 x16 slots, with 1 running at x4). Also the EVO does have display port and I noticed the Pro/CSM version doesn't have VRM heatsinks on all the power/mosfet area of the socket while...
I recently purchased this case for an HTPC / portable rig. There is tons of information in this thread that will help anyone deciding to build using this case, thanks to everyone posting in this thread.
I noticed the Noctua NH-U9B 92MM HS/F is very popular for putting in this case. I go...
