    I turned off the HDR in Windows before I did this just to test, doesn't seem to make a difference with the game mode issues, and turning scaling on 100% still makes that weird resolution change with Game Mode on.     It's really crazy, it almost put it into 1080, despite windows saying it was in 4k 120hz with 100% scaling. When I turn game mode off, it goes back to looking like it should at 4k 120hz. I'll have to get pictures or video to show you what it does in the morning.

    Just got it in, definitely needs calibrating but it's beautiful. This may be a dumb question.... When you put it into game, it scales everything bigger despite having the PC settings set to 4k and 100" scaling.
