IRS Believes 'Significant' Number of Victims Compromised Before Equifax Hack

That depends on which breach your referring to. The big one was this one: https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/powerpost/wp/2016/09/12/thieves-stole-taxpayer-data-from-irs-get-transcript-service/?utm_term=.d91e768acd31

    Netflix Executives Address Price Hike

If you want netflix to survive, you have to be okay with this price hike. They have negative cash flow, that means they are losing money ("profits" are meaningless)

Why does someone else care so much if Linux is not used as a host OS?

Microsoft's 1st operating system was unix prior to dos and it was in-fact the most popular unix of its day, just as an interesting FYI. and just as an FYI i think linux is trash, but most of what people argue about with linux vs windows vs anything else is crap i don't care about and i dont...

Equifax Website Hacked Again, Redirects to Fake Flash Update

I don't think any regulation can fix this problem. I can't think of one that will either A. keep data safe or B. I can't get around (doesn't mean it doesn't exist, just saying i can't figure one out). I think the only way to fix this is liability laws and then banning SSNs for any other purpose...

    Some bad news

I get what your saying but we all know its going to drop back down, the outlook timeline companies use is just to short for AMD to really fix itself. I've always bought AMD really low and sold at over 100% profit except for this last time (i told too early). I totally think its utterly...

    New Encryption Legislation Coming?

I'm an old man myself so i'm going to try to break this down without the hyperbole. 1. the government doesn't make you add a lock that they have a master key to to your door. You let them in or they break the door down. You don't give them a key to come in whenever they want. 2. by the same...

Why does someone else care so much if Linux is not used as a host OS?

Windows 10 is not adopting linux features, it is running a virtual linux kernel. That is a big difference.

    Is Mozilla Supporting Antifa?

separate entry for the second part, i get why you brought it up and even though i'm so far right i consider every single politician with an R next to their name to be a communist, i agree with your summation and its impact and am not a fan of it.

    Is Mozilla Supporting Antifa?

that is a problem, your saying the ends justify the means, which have been used to justify some of the greatest injustices in history. At some point doing the wrong thing for the right reasons will come back to haunt you.

    Is Mozilla Supporting Antifa?

This might be side stepping so i'm not sure i should reply so if i shouldn't someone just tell me to shut up etc. That being ruled unconstitutional by the 9th circuit was is BS. I support gay marriage (specifically government not being involved in marriage in any way shape or form, as i have...

    Is Mozilla Supporting Antifa?

I really REALLY wanted to go back to firefox but i just can't now. I wouldn't care if riseup provided communications to everyone etc. etc. but when they specifically say they are fighting the system of economics that has the most freedom and have brought the most people out of poverty in history...
