Good air cooler that work with the ASRock Z77E-ITX?

Samuel 17 has been proven to be a perfect fit for the Z77E-ITX. According to official spec, in a PC-Q08 you can fit something as high as 110mm. The Samuel heatsink alone will go up to 45mm. You can mount a 25mm thick fan with no problems :)

Samsung 256GB 830 not recognized by Windows 7 Installer

I am also inclined towards the solution RogueTrip posted. I once tried to install Windows 7 on a laptop but didn't realize the USB drive was placed in a USB 3 port. Unfortunately, it seems that when using USB 3 port to install anything will lead to errors or drives that are not recognized...

    Best SFF GPU?

That makes things more clear. So you need a GPU that doesn't have any connector on it's 2nd slot. In short, this won't do, right? Then you are left with the Radeon 7870[Sapphire]: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102983 I checked the dimension on their...

    New all purpose system list

I was browsing for CPU's and accidentally stumbled upon a great deal. :D You say you need a lot for virtual machines? Yes, indeed, the i7 3770 has the Vt-d, compared to the 3770k which doesn't, BUT :D There is a cheaper i7 3770. It is called Xeon E3-1230v2. It is the exact same processor...

    Best SFF GPU?

Well, any 2u GPU that uses the 2nd slot as ventilation will have better options than the 1u. I thought you were mainly interested in the best 1u that can be out there, and those were the only options. Before I start recommending anything of 2u can you make it clear to what you are referring...

Silverstone Modular 450W SFX (ST45SF-G) - Now has a product page - NextQ = When?

Unfortunately, there is no way to brut-force-hack the modular board so that it will have the pin-outs as needed for 1-to-1 sleeving. I guess it would be an idea to suggest Silverstone that the next version of the power supply should have the pin-outs to allow awesome cable sleeving? :D

    Best SFF GPU?

I was also browsing for some options regarding a good GPU that is single slot entirely[cooling included]. Was thinking about Abee M20 case and started to look for something that actually fits. The best single slot GPU out there is the Afox 7850, but it is noisy as hell and has a loooong PCB...

Silverstone Modular 450W SFX (ST45SF-G) - Now has a product page - NextQ = When?

Well, your problem was that the pin-outs were mirrored and thought that it is a design flaw, but it isn't. I was talking specifically about the connector, the wire. :) The problem is indeed that they used a standard 24-pin MB connector on the modular board. I believe that the old Silversone...

Silverstone Modular 450W SFX (ST45SF-G) - Now has a product page - NextQ = When?

That is precisely why some PSU still use that plastic sheet to direct the airflow in the proper places. However, how much airflow needs to get there is still derived from the official specs of the fan. And that is what I did analyze by looking at the spec sheet. But indeed you are right. And...

Silverstone Modular 450W SFX (ST45SF-G) - Now has a product page - NextQ = When?

I want to do my best in helping to find a more silent fan for this power supply :D So we have the figures of the stock fan: 80x80x15mm. Static Pressure: 2.38mmH2O Airflow: 30 CFM Noise at 12V: 34.6 dBA RPM's at 12V: 3000 So what we need to find is something that has similar or better...
