    No changes at all except adding a 6870 that may be slightly fried. but it was being weird before i added the card in. I think the onboard sound card may be fried but i don't know how to confirm that.

    Tried the CMOS, set it up on the table with the bare minimum of components, have done it all except reseating the cpu. I doubt it is that because my h60 is literally bolted on to the mobo with the cpu sandwiched between. It has not loosened at all.
