Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Unfortunately many at the pcars forum are believing the stories brought by the "official" posts.
I'm always dumbfounded when there's an obvious pattern of something and people will rather believe the official report.
NVIDIA "optimized" games have a history of running slow on AMD. However...
Exactly...just like the stock market these days. When prices are not based on real commodities/services, the item (stock, bitcoin, currency) is all speculation and no real "go".
It's a shame that our world econony has shifted wealth to the speculators, not those that "do real things".
But...
Don't you know that academia these days has become a business? How else would Bush Jr get a degree?
At work, I have supervisors that have degrees that can't spell. When spellcheck fails, we can't but laugh.
But, what do I know? "I'm a stupid, lazy union worker."
Authoritarian...
Speculation is the joke here.
In commodities like oil, etc they can't speculate too far because people see the price for the product they get.
When it comes to this crap, there is no real world connection. That's why P/E ratios are ridiculous for these "virtual services".
Another thing that Germany has that helps efficiency is that a lot of corporations share voting rights with labor. What good is democracy when we really don't have a say financially (besides the right to go into debt lol)?
Btw, a good example regarding train service is what happened in...
Patents like that shouldn't be filed. They aren't actually explaining how it's technically done. That was the original requirement for a patent.
But, somehow "dreams" can be patented now lol.
Oh my god, the same supreme court that ruled that corporations should have the same rights as individuals is going to decide whether those corporations who develop gene therapies can have a veritable monopoly on said gene?
Oh through the same patent system that allows companies to patent simple...
No need for negotiation of prices when one takes the capitalism out of healthcare.
How can we NOT regulate or socialize a NECCESSITY? I'm not talking about stupid elective surgeries, but if I break my arm, why am I at the whim of the market?
The crap they sold us here to stop nationalized...
Thanks for showing where VRM 1 and 2 are.
I have tried the asus and gb 7970 bioses (hdmi doesn't work), sapphire 900 mhz bios, and the sapphire 950mhz bioses. They all seem to get similar overclocks on my card.
It's funny though, with the GB bios, I'll get 80/80 lets say. With the 950 bios...
I forgot that for some reason, in my own testing the 950 mhz bios at 15% is same as my stock gigabyte bios at 20% by watching VDDC current and FPS in occt/kombustor. When I ran 20% on the 950mhz bios, I was able to pull even more current / FPS!!
I just looked at your VRM temps and found...
Not invading, confused as to why people are still using furmark (see above) when it does NO ERROR CHECKING. What kind of test is that for true stability?
I just want to see if results are similar, but for some reason people like you are scared of it. It's not like the test takes 2 hours of...
I don't like furmark as it cannot tell you if there are errors, it just seems to be a test to see if it is crash stable at high load, also a max temperature test.
Why did you put PT to only 15%???
I thought my windforce 7950 was stable at 1020 mhz PT +20%, stock 1.093v in games and benchmarks...
I agree about the tim... maybe it's not mounted flush...
Csshih, can you try the test out for me? So far nobody tried. None of my friends have a 7950.
Some games almost max out cards at some points, like I remember a friend had a 6950 stable at 950 mhz. It worked on most games BUT would...
