Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Disclaimer: I haven't started my build yet, so this might be BS (but I do have a nice pile of parts).
1.This case seems to be designed with a AIO liquid cooler in mind. I'd go with the new H60 rather than the H55 - $8 cheaper on NE, and the quieter fan of the H55 is irrelevant since it won't...
AMD shows a dual-core 265 at 1.8GHz here . There's also a 256 single core at 3.0 GHz (and a 856) here . Sorry, I don't see any 3.0 GHz dual-core goodness (I messed myself for nothing).

If you can't even get video or into BIOS, you need to go back to completely stock settings and start over. Clear your CMOS and everything should go back to default values.
Unplug from power (physically remove cord)
Push power button to discharge MB
Remove battery, wait 30 sec
Replace...
248 should be a walk in the park for this board. Try:
Manually set HTT to 4x (I don't trust auto)
Up NB voltage to 1.4, SB to 2.0
Memory at loosest timings and 6/5 ratio
Disable Cool n Quiet
See if that helps to start.

Call me crazy after you check pages 106-116 of the manual . Whole bunch of options in BIOS. Have to wait for a retail board to be sure, but this just might be THE mATX board (If you can live with the sound and crappy SB, that is).
