    Thanks for the info...that's the exact cutter I'm using. It works great with EK acrylic tubing but the Bitspower acrylic always shatters at the cut.

    I'm trying to use the Bitspower 16/12 acrylic tubing. It seens that everytime I use a tubing cutter on it, it cracks. It doesn't happen when I use EK tubing....just Bitspower. Does anyone have any tips on how to cut the Bitspower acrylic tubing effectively? Any help is appreciated R.

    Yes...it's a one piece fitting...which seems odd for a compression installation...but here is the official word from Bitspower customer service Hello Rick, Have a nice day! BP-MBWP-C89 is one piece fitting. It has the acrylic tube press fit from the front. Best regards! Lily Wong
