    You do know sexual harassment, discrimination, bigotry, intimidation and abuse are against labor laws. Even more so in Canada. The company is liable for that if found at fault. Linus, not directly, but LMG will get a huge stain on their record for it. It would also be public information.

    I'd imagine they are more concerned with yield per wafer. At least at this point. Packaging efficiency and effectiveness can be improved. Starting with a high yield of components makes that easier.

    I actually submitted my resignation 3 weeks ago due to a toxic manager. I had nothing lined up, didn't even start looking, was just fed up with db's toxicity. The day prior on our team call he threatened all of our jobs with a "if you don't like it we can part ways". DEAL! Sent my resignation the next morning. SVP calls me, who I've known for all these years, asking WTF. Tell him the deal, he offers me to work under this other dude I've worked with for 11 years, plus a raise. Effective immediately. Uhh, sure. That works. The DB manager was written up. Then DB manager has another team call last week and tells everyone that I quit and was rehired by SVP. I find out, hit up HR, immediate termination for sharing personal HR related information. What a rollercoaster.

    I feel you. 11 years and still in the same position. I can't complain, I have a metric ton of flexibility, plus I work from home, and they keep stacking the raises on me. I'm making more than at least 2 of the people above me. Is what it is.
